Biztricks · Business Management App
Quote it the way you measured it.
Type the height and the width. Biztricks works out the square feet, applies your rate, and turns the result into a proposal your customer can open on their phone — and then into a GST invoice, without a single figure being retyped.

From the first WhatsApp message to money in the bank
Five steps, and each one starts from the last. Nothing is typed twice, and the document number follows the job the whole way.
Lead
An enquiry arrives. Log the source, the site, the budget. It stays open until it is won, lost or reclassified.
WhatsApp · Referral · Walk-inQuote
Measure, pick items from your list, group them by room. Prices come from your rates, or from the partner's agreed rates.
Q-2627-0007AProposal
Send a link. Your customer opens scope, materials, room pricing, the payment schedule and terms — and can accept it there.
Share link · PDFInvoice
Convert the accepted quote. GST splits itself from the place of supply; bank details print in the footer.
Tax invoice · HSNPayment
Record part payments against the invoice as they arrive. What is still outstanding shows up in reports.
Part paid · PaidThe difference
Most quoting software wants a quantity. Your tape measure gives you a shape.
A wardrobe is not "1 unit". It is six feet long, two deep and seven high, and the price follows from that. Biztricks ships four measurement modes and every item in your list is set to the one its trade actually uses.
| Mode | You enter | Priced per |
|---|---|---|
| Area Shutters, panels, ceiling, paint |
Height × Width | sq.ft |
| Volume Wardrobes, lofts, storage |
Length × Breadth × Height | cu.ft |
| Running feet Kitchen counters, skirting, cornice |
Length | r.ft |
| Unit Points, fittings, visits, sheets |
Quantity | nos |
Height first, then width — the order the trade quotes in, and the order it prints on the customer's document. The two were aligned deliberately so the builder screen and the proposal never describe the same panel differently.
What the customer gets
A proposal, not a table of numbers in a chat
Every quote can go out as a multi-page document with an introduction, the materials you are using, room-by-room pricing, the staged payment schedule and your terms. It is dark on screen and light on paper, and your customer never installs anything to read it.
- A share link they open on a phone, and a PDF behind it
- Your logo, your colours, your signature block
- Accept or reject from the document itself
- Revisions are lettered — Q-2627-0007A becomes Q-2627-0007B, never a second quote number

Tax, done properly
The GST split is decided, not typed
Biztricks compares your registered state with the customer's place of supply and charges CGST and SGST or IGST accordingly. Tax is rounded once, at the total, so the figure on the invoice is the figure an inspector gets computing it by hand — and the two halves always add up to it exactly.
- HSN and SAC print on the line — and only on a taxed document
- Tax-inclusive entry, when your customer agreed a round figure
- Discounts allocated across lines so the tax base stays honest
- Amount in words, the way an Indian tax invoice is expected to read
What is in it
Six things Biztricks does, and does properly
Dimensional quoting
Type the height and width. Biztricks turns them into square feet, running feet or cubic feet and prices the line.
Customer proposals
A quote goes out as a proper multi-page document with scope, materials, room-by-room pricing, payment schedule and terms.
GST invoicing
CGST/SGST or IGST decided by place of supply, HSN and SAC on the line, rounding that matches what an inspector computes by hand.
Leads and clients
One pipeline from first WhatsApp message to won, with the client register and site addresses behind it.
Item list and partner pricing
Your rates in one place, with agreed prices per builder or developer that apply to every client they send you.
Reports
Quoted against billed, collections, receivables at month end, and lead conversion — by month, quarter or financial year.
Set up for your trade
Your workspace arrives already knowing your vocabulary
Pick your trade at signup and Biztricks seeds your item list, your default payment schedule, your terms and the starter text of your proposal. It even renames the grouping on a quote: an interiors firm groups by room, a materials dealer by category, a contractor by phase.
Interior and modular fit-out
Kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, false ceiling, painting and the electrical and civil work that goes with them.

What is Biztricks?
Biztricks is a business management app for Indian interior, trading and contracting firms. It turns measurements into priced quotations, sends them to your customer as a proper proposal document, and raises a GST invoice from the accepted quote — without retyping anything between those steps. Biztricks is made by Vedatricks; Vedatricks is the company, Biztricks is the product.
Does Biztricks do GST invoicing?
Yes — Biztricks raises GST tax invoices, with CGST and SGST inside your state and IGST outside it. The split is decided from your registered state code and the customer's place of supply, never typed by hand. HSN or SAC prints on each taxed line, tax is rounded once at the total so the figure matches what an inspector computes, and the amount is written out in words.
Biztricks does not file GST returns, and does not generate IRN e-invoices or e-way bills. It produces the invoice; your accountant or CA files from it.
How much does Biztricks cost?
Starter is ₹599 a month and Professional is ₹1,499 a month, both plus GST. Paid annually they are ₹5,999 and ₹14,988. Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial of the full product, and you choose a plan at the end of it. See what is in each plan.
Can I use Biztricks if I quote by square feet or running feet?
Yes — that is the main thing Biztricks is built to do. Four measurement modes ship with every workspace: area (height × width) in square feet, volume (length × breadth × height) in cubic feet, running feet, and plain unit quantity. You type the dimensions the way you measured them on site; Biztricks computes the quantity, applies your rate and prices the line.
