1. Who we are

Vedatricks operates Biztricks and is the data fiduciary for the account information described below. For the business data you put into Biztricks — your clients, quotes and invoices — you are the fiduciary and we process it on your instructions.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

Account. Your name, email address, workspace name, trade, and the password you set (stored only as a one-way hash, never in a readable form).
Firm details. Your legal name, GSTIN, registered state, address, logo and signature — used to produce your documents.
Business data. Everything you enter or upload: leads, clients, sites, items and rates, quotations, invoices, payments and attached files.
Correspondence. What you write to us when you ask for support.

Information collected automatically

Session cookie. One cookie that keeps you signed in. It is not an advertising cookie and it does not follow you to other sites.
Security and diagnostic logs. IP address, browser and the request made, kept so we can investigate errors and abuse.

What we never collect

Card numbers. Payment is handled entirely by Razorpay; your card details go to them and never pass through Biztricks. We receive a reference for the payment and whether it succeeded, and nothing else.

There is no advertising or analytics tracker on Biztricks or on this website, no third-party fonts or scripts, and no cross-site profiling. That is also why this site has no cookie banner: it sets nothing that would need one.

3. Why we process it

To provide the service: authenticate you, store your work, render your documents and serve the share links you create.
To bill you, and to send the operational email that goes with an account — verification, password reset, invitations, and notice that a trial or subscription is ending.
To keep the service secure and to investigate misuse.
To answer you when you ask for support.
To meet our own legal and tax obligations.

4. Who it is shared with

We share personal data only with the processors that make the service run:

Our hosting provider, which stores the workspace and its files.
Razorpay, our payment gateway, for subscription payments.
Our email provider, to deliver account and billing email.

We do not sell personal data, we do not rent mailing lists, and we do not pass your customers' details to anyone. We disclose data to an authority only where we are legally required to.

5. Share links, specifically

When you share a quotation or invoice, Biztricks serves that document to anyone holding the link, without asking them to sign in. That is deliberate and it is what makes the feature usable — but it means the document is readable by whoever your customer forwards it to, until you revoke the link.

Links use long random tokens rather than document numbers, so they cannot be guessed or enumerated. Shared documents are served with instructions telling search engines not to index them.

6. How long we keep it

While your workspace is active, we keep your business data so that Biztricks can show it to you.
After an account closes, we keep it for a limited period so a closure made in error can be reversed, then delete it. Ask us if you want it removed sooner.
Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires us to keep them.
Security logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.

7. Where it is stored

Your data is stored on servers operated by our hosting provider. To be confirmed: the hosting region, and whether any data leaves India

8. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, or delete it. Much of it you can do yourself: your profile and firm details are editable in Settings, and your business data can be exported from the app at any time.

If you are a customer of one of our users — your builder or supplier sent you a quotation produced with Biztricks — your relationship is with them. Ask them, and they can correct or remove the record. We will help them do it if they need us to.

9. Security

Each workspace is scoped separately and every request is bound to the workspace it belongs to. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Traffic is encrypted in transit. The security page describes the arrangements in more detail.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority promptly, with what we know and what we are doing about it.

10. Children

Biztricks is business software and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

If we change this policy materially we will tell account owners before it takes effect. The effective date at the top of the page shows the version in force.
