Terms of service

These terms govern your firm's use of Biztricks. They are written to be read rather than skimmed past — if something here is unclear, ask us before you agree to it.

Effective 24 August 2026

1. Who this agreement is with

Biztricks is provided by Vedatricks To be confirmed: the company's registered entity name and CIN. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Vedatricks; "you" means the firm that creates a workspace and the people you authorise to use it.

Creating a workspace, or using one you have been invited to, means you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a firm, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. What you get

A hosted workspace on Biztricks, reached at biz.vedatricks.com, containing the modules included in your plan. What is in each plan is set out on the pricing page and applies as described there on the day you subscribe.

  • Trial. A new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial of the complete product. No payment is taken to start it.
  • Seats. Starter covers 2 people; Professional covers 5 people. Pending invitations count against the limit.
  • Quotation ceiling. Starter carries a ceiling of 50 quotations a month. It is a soft ceiling: we will show you where you stand and will not block a quotation you are in the middle of. Persistently exceeding it is a reason for us to ask you to move plan, not a reason to cut you off.
  • Changes. We may change what is in a plan. If a change removes something you were relying on, we will tell you before it takes effect and you may cancel under section 6.

3. Your data is yours

Everything you put into Biztricks — your clients, your rates, your quotations, your invoices, the files you upload — remains yours. We do not claim ownership of it, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train anything.

We process it only to run the service for you: to store it, to render your documents, to serve the share links you create, and to provide support when you ask for it. The privacy policy sets this out in full.

You can export your data from the app while your workspace is active. Do that before you close an account, not after.

4. What you are responsible for

  • The accuracy of what you issue. Biztricks computes tax from the figures and codes you enter. The correctness of a GSTIN, an HSN or SAC classification, a place of supply or a rate is yours, and you should confirm classification with your own chartered accountant. Biztricks suggests; it never applies a code on your behalf.
  • Compliance. Filing returns, keeping statutory records and meeting your own tax obligations are yours. Biztricks does not file returns, produce e-invoices or generate e-way bills.
  • Your people. You decide who is invited, what screens each person can reach, and who may share or reopen a document. Acts by people you invited are your responsibility.
  • Your credentials. Keep them to yourself and tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised.
  • Lawful use. Do not use Biztricks to issue documents you know to be false, to send anything unlawful, or to attempt to reach another firm's workspace.

5. Share links

When you share a quotation or an invoice, Biztricks mints a long random token and serves the document to anybody holding it. That is what makes it work without your customer creating an account — and it means anyone your customer forwards the link to can read it too.

You can revoke a link at any time, and it stops working immediately for everyone. Treat a share link as you would treat a PDF you emailed.

6. Payment, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions are ₹599 or ₹1,499 per month, or ₹5,999 or ₹14,988 per year, exclusive of GST, which is charged in addition at the applicable rate. Payment is collected through Razorpay.

A monthly subscription renews each month and an annual one each year until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. The refunds and cancellation policy sets out when money comes back.

If a payment fails we will keep your workspace usable for a short grace period and tell you. If it stays unpaid beyond that, the workspace becomes read-only rather than being deleted, so you can still get your data out.

7. Availability

We work to keep Biztricks available and we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee. Planned maintenance will be announced where we reasonably can. The service is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of goodwill. Our total liability arising out of this agreement in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for Biztricks in that period.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Ending the agreement

You may cancel at any time from Settings in the app. We may suspend or end a workspace if it is used unlawfully, if it repeatedly and materially breaches these terms, or if fees go unpaid after we have asked — and other than in the case of unlawful use we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

After an account closes we keep your data for a limited period so that a mistaken closure can be undone, and then delete it. If you want it deleted sooner, ask us.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects you we will give notice before it takes effect, and continuing to use Biztricks after that date means you accept the updated terms. The effective date at the top of this page always shows the version in force.

11. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of To be confirmed: the city whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
