Reports

What you quoted, what you billed, and what actually arrived

Six charts that answer the questions a working firm asks at the end of a month, over any range from this month to last financial year. No dashboard to configure and no report to build.

What can I see?

Six charts, each one a question rather than a metric.

The six reports
Revenue billedWhat you invoiced, month by month.
Quoted vs billedTwo lines on one chart. The gap is the work you priced and did not win.
CollectionsWhat actually came in, as opposed to what was invoiced.
Receivables at month endWhat was still outstanding on the last day of each month.
Leads vs new clientsEnquiries against the ones that turned into customers.
ConversionThe ratio between those two, as a line you can watch.

Every one of them can be read over: This month Last month This quarter This FY Last FY Last 12 months Any custom range

Where do the numbers come from?

From the work itself. Nothing is entered twice and no report has to be assembled.

The quotes you raised, the invoices you converted them into, the payments you recorded and the leads you logged are the report. That is the argument for keeping quoting and billing in the same place as the pipeline: the moment they live in two systems, the only thing that can compare them is a spreadsheet somebody maintains by hand until they stop.

What Biztricks does not do

  • Reports read the registers on your plan. A workspace without the leads pipeline sees quoting and billing charts, not conversion.
  • No custom report builder, no pivot tables, no scheduled email reports.
  • No profitability or margin reporting — Biztricks knows what you charged, not what the job cost you.

Questions

Questions about reports

Can I report by financial year?

Yes — "This FY" and "Last FY" are presets, not something you assemble from dates. The Indian financial year runs April to March, and every range in Biztricks respects that. Alongside them: this month, last month, this quarter, the last twelve months, and any custom range you pick.

What is the difference between billed and collected?

Billed is what you invoiced; collected is what has actually reached you. The gap is your receivables, and Biztricks charts all three separately rather than showing one revenue line and letting you assume. For a firm running staged payments across long jobs, that distinction is the difference between a good month and a cash-flow problem.

Can I export the numbers?

Yes — you can export your data from the app whenever you want it. Biztricks is where the work happens, not a place your figures are held hostage.
